COLORFUL BASEMENT by Garnet

Attention house modders! Don’t let the most versatile tile set released for Oblivion pass you by!

This is a retexture of the vanilla Basement tile set into five different variations. Four of the variations use the Leyawiin interior house colors red, green, ecru and grey and the fifth is a beautiful wallpaper pattern! With the addition of a few new tiles to complete the sets, such a the two way Skingrad doorway, double sided walls and a selection of windows, this IS the most useable, versatile tile set to date. Finally we can create custom interiors in any of five different colors or even a mixture of colors if preferred!
