Well known as one of Oblivion’s most innovative modders, Phitt has contributed a wide variety of different mods and resources. From his collections of new creatures, to new houses, to new armor. His Lore Creatures collection in particular adds a good variety of brand new creatures for use in quests or new lands.

But he is best known to ORE members for his underwater house, Bravil Sea Domes. Voted by ORE members as the Most Imaginative Home of 2007, Bravil Sea Domes is a remarkable underwater home made entirely with new meshes, made even more remarkable by the fact that it also was one of the first homes that afforded a view of outside from inside the home. The interior decor came with brand new items such as a beautiful crystal chandelier, the first four poster bed and incredibly.. a full chess set with individual pieces!

Phitt has also contributed some valuable decorative resources such as his animated fish tanks, that really add life and atmosphere to any home. All of his mods are consistently top quality, innovative and useful. This modder has definitely pushed the boundaries of Oblivion modding for us all to benefit from.

*Most Imaginative Home of 2007!*

Location- A quest and map marker will appear once you've bought the house. It is located directly east of Bravil on the other side of the lake.

Rooms- Main hall, dining room, living room and bedroom.

Storage- In the bedroom there are 2 chests, drawers and a wardrobe. In the main hall there are 8 display cases.

Special Features- Almost entirely new meshes, a faked 'real' view through the windows, crystal chandelier, working chess set, four poster bed, a pool with new fish.

Buyable- From Nilawen at 'The Fair Deal' in Bravil, for a base price of 10,000 and optional further 7 furniture upgrades for a price of approximately 7,500.
