Well known as one of our most respected members on the ORE Forums, Bond is a very knowledgeable and experienced house modder. His colorful and tasteful decor style is definitely more modern than the mainstream Oblivion architecture, which is a refreshing change and what makes his works so unique and innovative. Bond was also the first modder to release a home constructed entirely with retextured items and the first to provide the resources for the rest of us to create unique interiors for our own mods.

He has and continues, to inspire people to think ‘outside the box’ both through his work and in person. As a house modder, Bond has certainly created the most diverse group of mods of any house modder, his works include a houses, apartments, tents, a gypsy caravan and even a star ship. That star ship, Starship Orion was a winner in the Oblivion’s Real Estate Hovering Homes Challenge, whose objective was to build a floating home. The sheer creativity, uniqueness and quality was astounding in this mod as in all of Bond’s mods.

Bond continues to mod today and is an active member of the ORE forums.

BONDS BIG PORTABLE TENT by Bond

Location- Carry it with you.

Rooms- One room with a double bed, 4 sleeping mats, a dining table and kitchen area.

Storage- Throughout the tent are 4 chests, 3 display cases, 2 wardrobes and 3 empty tables.

Special Features- Retexture of Treleth’s Portable Tent with retextured items throughout. Sets up anywhere, fast travel back to the tent, the tent's interior is persistent meaning that if you set up a tent near Cheydinhal, take it down, then pitch it near Skingrad, everything inside will be the same.

DELUXE IC SHACK By Bond123

*This is a remake of the vanilla buyable shack in the Imperial City*

Location- Imperial City Waterfront District.

Rooms- Master bedroom, formal dining room, dormitory, storage room and a bathroom.

Storage- Storage room has an empty bookcase and 4 empty tables. In the hall there are 3 display cases in the hall.

Special Features- Lots of new furniture, fireplaces, paintings and picture frames, planters, bathtubs, and etc, central location.

Buyable- The Office of Imperial Commerce for 2000.

FANTASY TENT by Bond

Location- Imperial City Waterfront.

Rooms- One room with bed, dining area, desk and alchemy area.

Storage- Desk, 2 wardrobes and 6 chests.

Special Features- Waterfront, tent home, many retextured items.

GYPSY WAGON by Bond

Location- Back of Pell’s Gate.

Rooms- One room with bed, kitchen area and dining area.

Storage- Storage chest and 6 cupboards.

Special Features- Roof top patio with sitting area, campfire and lovely view over the river.

BOND’S STUDIO APARTMENT by Bond

Location- To find the apartment fast travel to Elven Gardens, turn left, and the apartment is the first door on the left.

Rooms- Two room apartment with bedroom area, lounge area, dining area, and full kitchen. Second room is the full bathroom.

Storage- There are 14 cabinets in the kitchen providing full storage. You can place things in the oven and refrigerator. A set of storage jars on the shelf for ingredients are also safe storage. There is a chest of drawers and chest in the bedroom. The booksets on the shelf in the sitting area are storage and there are also two miniature chests on the shelf with full capacity storage. There are two jewel cases as well.

Special Features- This is a Studio Apartment with a fully modern kitchen with refrigerator, cooktop range, built in oven and cabinets with a marble counter top. It has a luxury bath with a stool, commode sink, and tub. It has a luxurious dining area, seating area with fireplace, and sleeping area. The apartment features lots of new items, textures, paintings, rugs, and furnishings.

SKYSHIP by Bond

Location- High above the surface between Skingrad and Kvatch, accessed through a portal in the rear garden at Benirus Manor in Anvil.

Rooms- Lounge, alchemy room, solarium, master bedroom, guest\companion bedroom to accommodate three, dining room, kitchen and storage room.

Storage- Storage display room holds 3 chests, 4 large display tables, 3 large display cases, 3 pedestals, and three display shelves. The Alchemy room includes lots of storage for ingredients.

Special Features- Full bathroom with tub and toilet. Potbelly stove, new kitchen stove, new towels, napkins, china, and silverware. Ship is fully retextured with a balcony and stunning views.

STAR SHIP ORION by Bond

Location- North east of the Imperial City near Roland Jenseric’s cabin. There is a fast travel marker.

Rooms- Teleporter deck, kitchen, Admiral’s quarters with lounge/dining room, bedroom, bathroom, display room and storage room. Command and control center, infirmary, crew quarters, full bar for the crew, ship store, swimming pool and a reactor room.

Storage- Display room has 4 display cases, 2 empty tables, 2 empty bookcases and 6 mannequin pedestals. Storage room has 15 chests.

Special Features- Full crew of 70 NPCs, teleport to any main city or town, merchant, healer and enchantress, food vending machine, 2 observation decks with incredible views.
