Location- Aqvatika is located east of the Northern entrance to Bravil. Fast travel enabled once the location has been found.

Special Features- Central location, patio with seating area, pet crab Pinchy and a secret passage into Bravil.

Location- Anvil Bay, teleport there via a row boat located at the Anvil docks.
Rooms- Living room with alchemy area and kitchen area, dining room, 2 bedrooms, sump room.
Storage- Storeroom with an empty bookshelf, seven chests, a crate and a barrel. The sump room has 6 chests.
Special Features- Centrally located, Altar of Spellmaking, Altar of Enchanting, pet crab Pinchu, player operated lighthouse fire. Scale model of lighthouse with fire that can be activated/deactivated, which remotely activates/deactivates the main lighthouse fire. Airlocks to access the house, teleport rowboat to and from Anvil, underwater gardens, gorgeous view from top of the lighthouse, flowered walkway at water level.

Location- Southeastern Coast of Topal Bay, a fair distance south east from Leyawiin. You may reach the Avai Rii Docks from a travel boat near the outskirts of Leyawiin. Be prepared with water breathing during your first visit.
Rooms- Main room (bedroom & display), Great room (potential library, dining room, display room, throne room - open to player's interpretation/use), baths.
Storage- Main room - 6 storage crates, 1 chest, glass display cases and book shelves; Great room - 8 storage crates, tall library-sized bookcases. More storage in ruins.
Special Features- Underwater ayleid home, underwater views, waterfalls, altars of spell making and enchanting, community-sized pool, underwater ruins, multiple transport locations.

Location- It's a cave with an entrance in that little pond just south of dive rock, by the camp.

Storage- Throughout the house there are 5 chests and 2 barrels for storage.
Special Features- Isolated location, alchemy table, a blood pitcher for vampire characters, what can only be described as a murder-hole for prisoners.

Special Features- Centrally located, look out of the windows in each room for a view of the surrounding sea.
