Storage- No main storage area, but there is multiple chests/drawers throughout the house. There are 17 display cases in the treasury, 24 total in the house.
Special Features- Indoor Garden, alters of enchanting and spell making. Has a tower base with portals to each room.

Location- Extreme West south west of Cyrodiil, on the shores of the Abecean Sea. Map marker is viewable.
Rooms- An armory, a barracks, a common room, and 2 player's quarters rooms.
Storage- 1 Bag, 11 Barrels, 6 Chests, 3 Crates, 4 Cupboards, 1 Desk, 2 Drawers, 1 Key Box, 1 Grain Sack.
Special Features- A quartermaster, 5 guards, 1 dog. All NPCs are trainers. Small quest to obtain. A few surprise items if player can find them. Retexed steel armor available. Training room on tower top. Many goodies.
Quest- Obtain key and take command. Start with the logbook found on floor 1 of the tower. See read-me for more detail.
Notes- ALL containers on the first, third and fourth floors are safe, EVEN if you find items in them already. NOTHING else is safe for storage. This includes the second floor, the basement, and any exterior containers. Some of the surprise items, if you find them, can be overpowering at low levels. Don't have a bounty on your head or commit a crime in the guards detection radius or they will attack you.

Location- Deep within the confines of Blackwood
Rooms- Library, laboratory, living quarters with office and bedroom, master bedroom with dining area, arboretum, storage cells, arcanum, and entry area.
Main Storage- Storage room with 9 display cases, storage cells with chests.
Special Features- Stables, island retreat, isolated and perfect for the mage character.
Quest- Follow the clues to find the tower. Some enemies are very tough so +18 level characters recommended.
