A NEW HOUSE IN CHORROL by Sparhawk1974

Location- Behind Northern Goods and Trade in Chorrol.

Rooms- One room main house with living room, kitchen and bedroom areas, and a basement.

Storage- Six safe chests in basement, one empty bookcase in basement, three display cases in main room and one safe chest outside behind the house.

Special Features- This house is aimed at beginning characters that want a house, but cannot afford to buy one. A pet dog, fenced off area outside with a combat dummy and hay target, 2 two extra beds in the basement along with another combat dummy and hay target, a second bed in the main room.

Quest- Quest begins when you load the game. Basically a new NPC wants some help with something.

Notes- Not compatible with Open Cities.

CROPSFORD COTTAGE by Armagedd0n and Kalenthraz

Location- Cropsford.

Rooms- Alchemy room, bedroom area, dining area and reading area.

Storage- Three chests, one drawer and one cupboard.

Special Features- A adventurous alchemy-room, a house central in the beautiful Cropsford.

Quest- Unravel the mystery behind the death of the previous owner of the last surviving house in Cropsford, and become the owner.

LAKEVIEW by Vince Bly

Location- On the shore of Lake Rumare, southwest of the Imperial City.

Rooms- One room house with dining, bed and lounge areas.

Main Storage- Throughout the house there are 3 chests, 3 barrels, a cupboard, a wardrobe and drawers.

Special Features- Waterfront with view of the Imperial City, walled garden, vegetable garden, well, small basement, patio with sitting area and small dock.

Quest- Kill the witch living in the basement to get the key to the house.

SLIMY MUDHOLE by Glue

Location- Deep in the heart of Blackwood.

Rooms- One room house including cooking facilities, storage and sleeping bunk.

Storage- Four main chests, two food and drinks kegs and several smaller boxes for special items. Plus static quivers for storing arrows.

Special Features- Secret booby-trapped tunnels, outdoor static smithing area, interior static alchemy area, lightable fires, torches and lights, 'open' front door, several new weapons and new armor.

Quests- The house appears to be abandoned until a found note scribbled in haste reveals the occupier has been ambushed and taken. A search, a fight and a stolen journal will uncover a sinister secret within the Slimy Mudhole. Solve a riddle to gain entry to its underground tunnels. Hold your nerve and your breath and make it to the surface again to obtain both the home and a powerful new weapon.

Notes- Requires Shivering Isles.

WOODCUTTER’S CABIN by Korana

Location- It's own private world space, accessible via a mountain pass just outside the borders in the Valus Mountains.

Rooms- Entry way with weapon storage, study area, sleeping area, seating area, kitchen, sauna.

Storage- Various crates, Morrowind style urns, barrels, chests, book stacks, food containers, and a useable weapon rack.

Special Features- You may chop wood at the chopping block. You may light or un-light the fires inside the cabin if you have the wood, or a shovel to put out the fires with. You may repair your weapons at the repair anvil. You may forge iron weapons at the forge...if you have iron ore. There is a mine located within the mountain valley where you may collect iron ore. There is a working sauna included underneath the house. You control it's on or off status. You may craft fur armor on an armor dummy inside the house if you have enough pelts to use. You may fill a crude metal tankard (don't worry, there are plenty around the house!) with mead at the keg in the kitchen. If you have lit the fire in the kitchen, you may take a chunk of venison off the roasting meat in the fireplace.
A doored cabinet contains your alchemy and medicinal supplies: Activate the bandages to have your health restored Activate the ointment of energy to have your magicka restored Activate the ointment of dispel to dispel unwanted magical effects Activate the ointment of cure disease to cure yourself. You may sleep in the bed, or curl up in front of the fireplace for a quick nap.

Quests- To start the quest visit Cheydinhal. Once you've found the woodcutter, you may instantly fast travel to the pass once you've been given the location.

Notes- Requires Oblivion Patch 1.2.0.214 and Tamriel's border regions disabled.
