Location- On the Green Road, just north of Bravil.
Rooms- The main rooms in the home are: Entry hall, lounge, dining room, library, music hall, bar room, three bedrooms and the main master bedroom suite. There are many other rooms in this house including many secret rooms and area.
Storage- The main storage is brand new custom display cases in the Armory. There are also display cases, chests, wardrobes located throughout the home
Special Features- This mod is almost entirely custom meshes. In side are hundreds of new items, including a harpsichord that you can play, display cases, furniture, beautiful potion bottles, and exotic plants. Outside there are stables, a gazebo and landscaped gardens. Many secret doors, rooms and areas to discover!

Location- South east of Skingrad.
Rooms- Main hall with living room, dining room areas. Kitchen, master bedroom, guest bedroom, bathroom, basement, office area, laboratory with loft.
Storage- Vast amount of storage throughout the house. Lab has labeled and organized potion and scroll storage. Ingredient shelves.
Special Features- In the kitchen: Bake bread, make cheese, make shepherds pie, grind wheat, wash, use and refill a tankard. Laboratory: Custom spell making altar, custom enchanting altar, unique summoning altar, butterfly case, fish tank.
Useable bathtub and sink, pond with swing, two horses, ayleid window lights that can be turned on and off, a hidden dungeon with prisoners, hidden thieves hideout. Vineyard has a wine cellar where you can make wine.
Quest- two short quests. Travel to the Chapel of Julianos, in Skingrad and read note to start.

Location- Separate world space accessible by sleeping with activated jewel.
Rooms- 2 main rooms - a sleeping/study area and a dining/living room. Expansive garden / forest world and a bathhouse.
Storage- 3 cabinets, lectern, 12 drawers and chest.
Special Features- Japanese painted cloud sky, animated falling Momiji or Autumn Leaves that scatter across the island, retextured plants, trees, grass and terrain textures, open veranda to a Japanese pond, a waterfall and koi pond and 2 Gate Shrines, japanese kotatsu and onsen with scripted effects.
Notes- Requires Shivering Isles.

Location- A quest and map marker will appear once you've bought the house. It is located directly east of Bravil on the other side of the lake.
Rooms- Main hall, dining room, living room and bedroom.
Storage- In the bedroom there are 2 chests, drawers and a wardrobe. In the main hall there are 8 display cases.
Special Features- Almost entirely new meshes, a faked 'real' view through the windows, crystal chandelier, working chess set, four poster bed, a pool with new fish.
Buyable- From Nilawen at 'The Fair Deal' in Bravil, for a base price of 10,000 and optional further 7 furniture upgrades for a price of approximately 7,500.

CASTLE WEST WEALD by Trollf

Location- Near The Gold Road, somewhere in the middle between Lake Rumare (Imperial City) and Skingrad.
Rooms- Hunter's Rest Inn, Witch Hut, Barracks, Dungeon, Shed, Alchemist's Workshop, Hunter's Lodge, Steward's House, Smithy, Repository, Cellar, Main Hall, Great Hall, Dining Hall, Upper Hall, Lord's Apartment, Lord's Armory, Lord's Laboratory.
Main Storage- Three rooms completely safe for storage: Lord's Apartment (22 containers), Lord's Armory (20 containers), Lord's Laboratory (11 containers). Apart from those containers there are many tables and shelves in these three Lord's Chambers.
Special Features- This is a "neutral" castle (neither evil nor divine). Just the place where the nature and balance rule. Lots of sculptures and flora inside. Skylights in Great Hall and Lord's Apartment with visible sky and castle's towers. Animated spirits of the forest in few places. More realistic interior lights system in comparison to vanilla (strong sources of daylight outside of the windows, and ambient lights inside of interiors - all depend on time and disappear at nights). Exterior of the castle is lit differently during nights by some mysterious lights.
Buyable- Three Lord's Chambers (Apartment, Armory, Laboratory) for 50000 septims from steward in his house at castle's courtyard.
Notes- This mod requires TES IV: Oblivion game patched to the latest official version (1.2.0416)

Location- The farm is located on the shores of the Reed River, near the shrine of Vaermina and not too far from the entrance to Muck Valley Caverns.
Rooms- Main farm house with room for seating, writing desk, painting area, and an table for tea. Bedroom, bathroom, kitchen, cellar, mill house, an attic with additional sleeping areas and sewing room. An attic laboratory and a "hidden" entrance to the original foundation of the farm house.
Storage- Countless crates, barrels, chests, and "immersive" storage (i.e. bowls of fruit, stacks of books, sacks of food stuffs, wine racks, dish racks, clothing racks, weapon racks, tool racks, etc)
Special Features- There is something to do around every corner of Millstone Farm! Most activities provide you with new sounds, experiences, items, bonuses, visuals, and fun! There are : harvest-able apple, orange, and pear trees, animal care (feeding, etc), gardening (care and planting), painting (from mixing paint to hanging your art), archery, wood cutting & carpentry, static alchemy, spell making, enchanting, cooking, baking, wine making, cheese making. Make your own pottery, sewing (from shearing the sheep to the final stitch!), make a cup of tea. Dynamic lighting, light and put out several fireplaces to your taste, harness the power of the stars through a telescope, create sacks of flour at the mill, enjoy a change of music with a lute you may listen to, search for hidden piles of dirt and bird eggs, repair your weapons at the repair anvil, use the forge to create practice arrows, fishing, bathing (you can even make your own soap!), wash up by doing laundry and dishes, a friendly dog who you may send to play with the sheep, guard the yard, or do a few other activities., have a picnic in the garden, your very own working outhouse, a few special hats and many, many more! Quest- Upon game loading, a strange dog will seek you out and deliver a letter to you. Read it to learn the story of a dying woman, held captive by a mage who fell desperately in love with her. Avenge the victim of a selfish a heart to gain the whole story, and the key, to Millstone Farm.
Notes- Current cosmetic conflict with UL Ancient Yews. However, they are playable together (please read readme notes). A patch will be provided soon. Requires Oblivion Patch 1.2.0.214

Location- Gain access through the well at the Inn of Ill Omen.
Rooms- 6 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, living room, kitchen, library, basement and many storage rooms.
Storage- At the moment, theres many non-respawn containers all around. Version 1 will have many more and labeled.
Special Features- The vault, still under construction, will give you all the containers you ever wanted to store everything you have collected since you got out of that jail cell.
Notes- This mod requires Shivering Isles Patch 1.2.0.201, Oblivion Patch 1.2.0.214, COBL 1.31. May cause lag on lower to mid range computers.

Location- Tourans Tower is initially next to the bridge into the Arcane University
Rooms- Lounge, display room, alchemy lab, bedroom and Eye of Nirn on the top floor.
Storage- Display room has 10 display cases and 4 stands for mannequins
Special Features- Spell making and enchanting stations and small alchemy gardens. Use the eye of Nirn to teleport the house to any of the main cities.

Location- North east of the Imperial City near Roland Jenseric’s cabin. There is a fast travel marker.
Rooms- Teleporter deck, kitchen, Admiral’s quarters with lounge/dining room, bedroom, bathroom, display room and storage room. Command and control center, infirmary, crew quarters, full bar for the crew, ship store, swimming pool and a reactor room.
Storage- Display room has 4 display cases, 2 empty tables, 2 empty bookcases and 6 mannequin pedestals. Storage room has 15 chests.
Special Features- Full crew of 70 NPCs, teleport to any main city or town, merchant, healer and enchantress, food vending machine, 2 observation decks with incredible views.

Location- In it’s own worldspace accessed through Anvil Harbour.
Rooms- A main hut with kitchen area two sleeping areas. A hanging safe house, one room.
Storage- 5 chest , 4 drawers , 3 cupboards and 1 closet.
Special Features- On it’s own tropical island, A hammock! Working toilet, realistic fireplaces that react with elements, tropical fishes, a lookout, rockpool area, new meshes and textures and secrets.
Notes- May conflict with mods that alter Anvil Harbour (Unique Landscapes The Lost Coast works fine) External ladders can be 'climbed' by running at them. Access the island by finding two oars and a map in a bottle that lies under Anvil Castle bridge.

Location- South of Skingrad near the Silorn Ruins under a waterfall.

Storage- Lots of chests, dressers, sacks, crates, and display cases throughout.
Special Features- Manor house is part of an underground Ayleid village, including various merchants and service providers. There is a chapel alter to receive blessings. Extensive written history of Silorn and its habitants. There are functioning clocks, wells, bread ovens, refrigeration, baths, and sit able toilets.
Quests- Silorn Manor's inhabitants are under attack by bandits.

Special Features- Switch stove on/off, switch all the lights and braziers on/off, fridge, change the weather, a fully working clock, patio with seating and flying ship (for display only), a lighthouse beam which rotates around the home, and beautiful views over looking Anvil and the ocean and a garden.

Buyable - From Una Armina in the Museum of Oddities for 5,000.

Location- Anvil Bay, teleport there via a row boat located at the Anvil docks.
Rooms- Living room with alchemy area and kitchen area, dining room, 2 bedrooms, sump room.
Storage- Storeroom with an empty bookshelf, seven chests, a crate and a barrel. The sump room has 6 chests.
Special Features- Centrally located, Altar of Spellmaking, Altar of Enchanting, pet crab Pinchu, player operated lighthouse fire. Scale model of lighthouse with fire that can be activated/deactivated, which remotely activates/deactivates the main lighthouse fire. Airlocks to access the house, teleport rowboat to and from Anvil, underwater gardens, gorgeous view from top of the lighthouse, flowered walkway at water level.

Storage- More then 40 safe containers for storage through the home.
Special Features- Pool, lights switch off and on, altar of enchanting, altar of spell making, many new custom meshes. Numerous activators can do specific functions throughout the home.
