	Location- A small dock, south of Imperial City and north of Bravil. Rooms- Captain’s cabin has a bedroom and dining room. Mid deck has one bedroom with 2 beds, a galley and storage area. There is also a cargo hold. Main Storage- Mid deck has 6 chests. Cargo hold has 5 barrels, 6 crates and a cupboard. Special Features- This is an entirely remodeled pilot able ship with a pilot able row boat. Brand new bed and wardrobe. Everything else was reskinned, including the flatware. Two new suits of armor, a new cloak, a new cape and new weapons. A portable bedroll and ’rubbish bins’ to permanently delete items.

	BOND’S FIREBIRD by Bond


	Location- The Firebird is moored at a floating dock off the IC Waterfront. Rooms- The Forward Cabin is yours, the Aft Cabin sleeps 4 companions and crew quarters with sleeping accommodation for 10. Main Storage- All containers are safe except the the bar, it provides food and drink and is set to respawn. Safe containers include everything inside the ship cabins, including the bookcases in the Master Forward Cabin, and the book sets on the shelves in both cabins. Special Features- You can take a rowboat out to the barge, or fast travel to the Firebird. An attractive mini-garden compliments this lovely floating dock which features a pavilion to keep the sun off on hot days. There are 6 crew members, three male and three female, they spend much of their time swimming. There is a "Grand Water breathing Amulet" on the bar. Notes- The crew is dressed for water sports in original Eshme's and Roberts clothed bodies. Their disposition for the player is 100, so you can easily use a companion share mod to change their clothing. They will come to you in the body and clothing style you play. If you use a nude body style, they will be nude.

		MAGISTER COGITATION by Nicci


	Location- South of Leyawiin in Topal Bay. Rooms- Bedroom, Kitchen/lounge and a workshop. Storage- Misc storage throughout the home. Special Features- Deck with sitting area. Animated engine. Notes- Requires Shivering Isles.

	Location- Directly north of Leyawiin. Rooms- Captain’s Cabin with bed, office area, dining area. Training room, storage hold, mage’s shop. Main Storage- Storage hold with many chests, barrels, crates and sacks. Special Features- Lovely views all round, smith who repairs, mage sells equipment, spells and recharges items.

		THE TOPAL VESSEL by Lewis


	Location- In the waters north of Leyawiin. Rooms- One room has bedroom area, alchemy area, dining area. There is also a training room and a display room. Storage- Eleven display cases in display room. Additional chests for storage. Special Features- Swimmable pool, exterior home, deck with sitting area and views.

CINDERELLA THE MINIATURE SHIP by Feek


	Location- Inside The Fo'c's'le inn, on the Anvil docks. Rooms- Dining room, staff bedroom, master bedroom, library, bath area, storage area. Storage- Chest, 2 display cases, 3 barrels and 2 sacks. Special Features- Shrink yourself down to fit into model ship. There are a few interesting surprises inside too. Buyable- Purchase a special amulet for 2000-4000 septims from Wilbur at the Counts Arms in Anvil.

		GREY TIDE by Nollemaster

Location- Imperial City Waterfront.

Rooms- Captain’s quarters, alchemy room, store room, lounge, crew sleeping quarters, observation deck.

Storage- Five chests, wardrobe and two display cases.

Special Features- Alchemy ingredients sorter, observation deck.
