Location- To find the apartment fast travel to Elven Gardens, turn left, and the apartment is the first door on the left.
Rooms- Two room apartment with bedroom area, lounge area, dining area, and full kitchen. Second room is the full bathroom.
Storage- There are 14 cabinets in the kitchen providing full storage. You can place things in the oven and refrigerator. A set of storage jars on the shelf for ingredients are also safe storage. There is a chest of drawers and chest in the bedroom. The booksets on the shelf in the sitting area are storage and there are also two miniature chests on the shelf with full capacity storage. There are two jewel cases as well.
Special Features- This is a Studio Apartment with a fully modern kitchen with refrigerator, cooktop range, built in oven and cabinets with a marble counter top. It has a luxury bath with a stool, commode sink, and tub. It has a luxurious dining area, seating area with fireplace, and sleeping area. The apartment features lots of new items, textures, paintings, rugs, and furnishings.

Location- Bravil Stables.

Storage- Storage is mainly in the cellar, with about 15 different containers - chests, sacks and shelves.
Special Features- House has a nice view of Bravil's castle. In the yard, there are four potted gardens that have various herbs, vegetables and fruits. The yard also has a small rock garden with mushrooms in one corner, and a bench to relax in in another corner. The bench has several pots with little flower beds in them for looks, and to provide alchemists with ingredients.

Storage- There are some non-respawning containers around the house. NOTE! Not all of them are non-respawning, but at least the chest in the end of the bed should be.
Special Features- A whole new island in a whole new world space, flower beds, a greenhouse, a couple of gazebos.

Location- follow the coast west from Anvil Harbor and you will run into it after a while.
Rooms- Dining room, kitchen, double-bedroom on second floor (Anvil lower class interior no 1). Trapdoor to basement with storage capacity.
Storage- Twenty six non re-spawning containers (many of them 'mini-barrels so they won't take up any valuable space) in the main cottage and forty two non re-spawn containers in the basement. Four non re-spawn barrels outside the cottage.
Special Features- The cottage is built on a pier on the shore and has an exceptional view of the Abecean Sunset. The house is companion-friendly, fully path-gridded and has persistent beds and chairs that companions can use.
Notes - Only stock Bethesda middle and lower class furniture included.

Special Features- Completely retextured tile set inside and out. Warm and comfortable house in frigid and isolated living conditions. The house comes with two servants, a couple who live in the basement.
Notes: Gnoll Mountain Camp is involved in a quest for some people, but this mod should not interfere with that quest. Do NOT upload this file to any other sites!

Special Features- Stable, object to teleport to house, item recharging station, shrine-like object for minor magicka buff, soulgem creator, replenishing food cupboard and mead keg, enchanting station. All of these are balanced so as to avoid being overpowered.

Special Features- On it’s own tropical island, A hammock! Working toilet, realistic fireplaces that react with elements, tropical fishes, a lookout, rockpool area, new meshes and textures and secrets.
Notes- May conflict with mods that alter Anvil Harbour (Unique Landscapes The Lost Coast works fine) External ladders can be 'climbed' by running at them. Access the island by finding two oars and a map in a bottle that lies under Anvil Castle bridge.

Location- North-east of Imperial City, follow the road to Cheydinhal and take the first turn to the right. The turn is clearly marked with some old stonewalls. Follow the road and you should see the house just up ahead.

Location- It is located in between Cheydinhal and Imperial City. Take the Blue Road south west from Cheydinhal towards IC. When you come to a pretty lake with waterfalls along the side of the road you are there. The cottage is located up the hill along the east shore of the lake. There is a fast travel marker as well.
Rooms- The main house has a living/family room, storage nook, bed room and study area. The basement has an alchemy room and an area for weapon and armor storage and mannequins.
Main Storage- All storage containers are labeled. They are; keys, papers and notes, books, jewelry, soul gems, clothes, blades, bows, blunt weapons, arrows, armor, alchemy items, alchemy ingredients, buff potions, healing potions, poisons and general storage crates and chests for miscellaneous stuff. There are two display cases, one small upstairs and one large in the basement.
Special Features- There is a stable and deck with a great view of the waterfalls and lake.

Special Features- Build a fire in the fireplace and gather wood for it, exterior toolshed, the basement is an alchemy room, waterfall and pond, very isolated, Hircine's statuette has Hircine's blessing, perfect for the hunter/ranger character.
