Quest and Buyable- No new spoken dialoque added. Once quest is completed the castle is buyable for 30,000 septims.

Main Storage- Many no respawning containers throughout the castle.
Special Features- The castle is built out of new custom meshes created by Mr Siika. Road along the coastline leading from the castle to Anvil, stable outside the castle and a ship docked at the back of the castle.
Buyable- Talk to "Surilus Plator" (a man with a blue dress) to buy it. He can be found in the castle courtyard of Castle Almgard from 08:00 am - 06:00 pm and 07:00 pm - 11:00 pm.
Notes- Shivering Isles required! Conflicts probably with every other plugin which alters the coastline south-east of Anvil.

Special Features- The baths cure all your disease, teleport and recall spell. There are secret rooms, a stone henge for the mage
Notes- There are two versions included in the download, one is a free version and the other requires you to find the keys, the Floating Flask merchant sells the map to find the keys for approx 25,000 to 30,000 depending on your merchantile and his disposition.

Special Features- Working drawbridge, stables, hidden treasury, hidden secret passage, many NPC's including guards with unique livery, alchemist, merchant, priest and smith offering their services, barracks, ingredients sorter, ship, small village, mine, and a fort.
Quest- No new spoken dialoque added, 2 small but excellent quests to complete and need to fork out 20,000 septims.
Cheats- Some uber weapons and armor.

Location- Gold Coast, close to the mouth of the "Brena River".

Quest- Short quest to become the owner of the castle. "Free the castle of itīs burden to become the Lord"

Location- Green Road, south of the Imperial City, near the Charcoal and Horn caves. Just north of the Inn of Ill Omen.
Rooms- Great hall, dining hall, master bedroom and bathroom , private study with library, kitchen and wine cellar, servant quarters and guest quarters, thermae for swimming, sanctum with treasury, armory and smithy, secret vault, three training halls, arcane tower, barracks and guard wing with dormitory.
Storage- Secret vault has 34 pedestals for mannequins, 26 display cases in the armory and smithy much storage more throughout the castle.
Special Features- Hire staff, great view of the Imperial City, lighting is on a night/day regime, secret passages galore. Live targets in two of the three training halls, stations for spell and enchantment making, static alchemy equipment, automatic ingredients sorter in the Arcane Tower. Interior botany and exterior botanical garden to collect ingredients. Stables, all roofs and battlements are accessible and three levels of tunneling system, including one with lava stream, luxurious underground retreat (convenient for vampire character).
Quest- Long, difficult quest with minimum level 20 bosses.. Good for anyone lvl 18 and up with good rewards. No voiced dialogue.

Rooms- Kitchen, entrance hall, library, 2 small storage rooms, guards quarters, a great hall, a basement for training, a vault for storage, 8 bedrooms inclu NPC's quarters.
Main Storage- Vault with chests, 4 displat cases and 4 display cases in entrance hall.
Special Features- Stables, blacksmith, cook and other NPC's, many, many secrets throughout the Keep. These include hidden weapons, armor, gems, and books if you can find them. There is also an extensive tunnel and adventure.
Quest- Pull the sword from the Anvil to aquire ownership of the keep. Further quests when owner.
Cheats- Weapons, armor.

Location- Eastern shores of Lake Rumare.
Rooms- Grand entry hall and throne room, dining hall, kitchen, servants quarters, guards quarters, a temple room complete with an alter of the nines, a grand royal suite that includes a study area, bed chamber, a mage's area, vault area.
Main Storage- 15 pedestals for dummies in vault. Display cases throughout the castle.
Special Features- Beautiful views of Imperial City, Lake Rumare and surrounding area, balcony, stables, garden, large exterior promenade area, working fireplace, potion sorter in mage's area, 9 NPC's of which 6 can be used as companions, secret passage, new dialogue (no voice acting).
Quest- Given by Draven Marcell one of the Rumare Castle guards. He will be located at the front gate of the castle. Dungeon quest.
