RETBURY VILLAGE by Yevic

RetburyVillage

Location- South of Cropsford.

Rooms- NPC Housing, a tavern, and an inn with a rentable room. Player House/one great room with kitchen, dining, and sitting. A study, a companion bedroom, and a master bedroom.

Storage- Crates, barrels, cabinets, bookshelves, dressers.

Special Features- Exterior views from inside the player house.

Notes- The playable house can be bought at the general store for about 10,000 gold coins.

CARDAC by Medvekoma

CardocCastle

Location- Near Silverfish River.

Rooms- 17 in total. Quarters for 4 companions, and for 2 children, kitchen, mage loft, dining room, parlor, library, trophy room, servant's quarters, entrance hall, 3 corridors and a little closet.

Storage- Misc storage throughout. Every container INSIDE the castle is non-respawning, except the ones in the Servant's quarters

Special Features- Extremely dynamic, the castle changes as the character changes. Fully dynamic light system (day/night inside, toggle-able chandeliers, toggle-able fireplaces). Some interactive features (meat cooking, scripted bathroom). Enchanting/spellmaking altar. Some vendors in Cardac village outside the castle.

Quests- You must reclaim the castle deed from the haunted house near the village (behind the graveyard)

Notes- Resource demanding. May not run on some computers.

ETHERWALKER by Horinf

Etherwalker

Location- Initial location - Above Aether point in Jerral mountains.

Rooms- Several cavities and hollows inside the Etherwalker's body plus chamber inside the Nomad.

Storage- Several containers, scattered through the rooms (three different ones). Also there is a small "treasure room" with few containers and tables inside.

Special Features- You can move the Etherwalker to the sky over you by casting the spell (choose the height of hovering). You can reach the ship only by flying on the shuttle (Nomad) that is summoned separately. Once you discover a marker on the balcony, you can travel directly to it (but beware, there could be some issues when using fast travel!).
Also, you can change light in some rooms, on-off the mysterious screen, and get buffs to health and regeneration and heal of deseases. Spell creation and enchantment altars are included.

FLAME’S BREATH by Mannimagus

Location- In it's own private worldspace.

Rooms- First floor is the lounge. Second floor is the dining room/kitchen. Third floor is the bedroom.

Storage- 4 boxes, 2 cabinets, 13 chests, 4 desks, 6 drawers, 1 jewellry box, 6 side tables, 6 low tables, 1 vanity, 6 wardrobes, 14 display cases.

Special Features- Companion friendly. Compatible with Animated Window Lighting System. Teleportable. (Magic portal opens). Custom music. Chance of paradise weather. All the rare booksets in one place to read, for the bookworm, not the lootworm. Garden with all the plants you could ever need or want. Earthbone. Private worldspace. Lit by Welkynd stones. An arcane fire.

Notes- Custom music doesn't always play, you will get it eventually. This is actually a good thing because it allows for some more variety in music when going to the manor.
