Skyrim has been released and I imagine the Creation Kit will be released any day now. Having played the game I can see much potential for some incredible house mods, in particular Cave Homes using the vast amount of new cave resources.

Of course in Skyrim we have a whole new element and area of house and town modding with the addition of children and spouses. This means that we are no longer just creating for the player and some companions, we are now looking at creating full family homes. Add in the brilliant cooking and crafting and I don’t know about you but I feel spoilt rotten with all the amazing resources we have already been given with this game. :)

I believe that this game will be the very best Elder Scrolls game for house and town modding and we need a site to house all our brilliant homes, no pun intended.

So it gives me great pleasure to announce our new home, Skyrim Real Estate! Very different from our ORE site, but I think much better.

We now have a brand new forum on our own hosting and therefore far more customizable.

I sent out welcome emails to all of our old forum members to invite you all over and we have seen the return of many folks. There is much planned and many new features. It is very exciting!
